CASTING + CNC MACHINING

Cast Near-Net Shape. Machine Critical Features.
For parts that are inefficient to machine from solid stock, we combine casting with CNC machining to deliver high-quality, cost-effective finished components.

Why Combine Casting with CNC Machining?

Less Machining, Better Cost Efficiency

Near-net-shape castings reduce material removal and machining time, especially for larger and irregular parts.

Better for Complex Geometries

Suitable for parts with cavities, curved profiles and varying wall thicknesses that are difficult to produce from solid material.

One Project, One Quality Control

Casting, machining and inspection are managed as one project. Critical dimensions are verified after final machining.

CNC Precision Finishing

We focus machining on the features that affect fit and function, while leaving suitable non-critical surfaces as-cast.

Casting Processes We Support

We select the most suitable process based on part geometry, material, quantity and requirements.

Investment Casting

For smaller and medium-sized parts with complex shapes. Typical materials: Stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel

Sand Casting

Suitable for larger components and lower-to-medium production volumes. Typical materials: Aluminum, carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron

Die Casting

For higher-volume aluminum and zinc components. Typical materials: Aluminum and zinc alloys

Cast & CNC Machining FAQs

Answers to common questions about our integrated cast plus CNC one‑stop manufacturing service.

Do you only provide full Cast + CNC one-stop service? Can I just order casting blanks only?
Our focus is finished machined components rather than raw castings. We normally supply castings as part of projects that include subsequent CNC machining and final inspection

Have a Cast + CNC Part to Quote?

Send us your 2D drawing or 3D model. We can review the geometry, material, quantity and tolerance requirements and suggest a practical manufacturing route.
