CNC Machined 42CrMo Precision Threaded Shaft

Precision CNC-machined threaded shaft manufactured from 42CrMo alloy steel for a Yard.bot mechanical assembly. The component features a 140 mm overall length, M14 × 1.5-6g external thread, a precision Ø14.00 mm shaft section and a Ø30.90 mm head. It is heat treated to HRC 35–40 and finished with nickel plating to provide strength, wear resistance and corrosion protection. Tight dimensional control and concentric machining help ensure repeatable assembly and reliable service
